Description
Location. The Hotel Villa Kastania is a modern, city centre property situated two kilometres from Berlin's main shopping streets and within three kilometres of the Brandenburg Gate and Potsdamer Platz. Berlin Tegel Airport (TXL) is located seven kilometres from the hotel.
Hotel Features. The hotel houses a Wellness Centre, where guests can use the indoor pool, rainforest shower, and Finnish sauna. A range of massages and beauty treatments are on offer (surcharge). The Gendarmenmark, located 3.5 kilometres from the hotel, is a spectacular 17th century square surrounded by three landmark buildings: the 19th century Konzerthaus (theatre), the Franzosischer Dom (French Cathedral), and the Deutscher Dom (German Cathedral). A statue of the German poet and dramatist Friedrich Schiller stands in the centre of the square.

DirectionsGetting there. Guests can travel to the hotel by bus and underground, or take a taxi for approximately 12 EUR (subject to change).
Driving directions. From the airport, take the A111 followed by the A100 for the city centre. At Kaiserdamm Sud, turn off the A100 and head in the direction of Messedamm. Take a left at Kaiserdamm, and when you reach the Theodor Heuss Platz roundabout, take the third exit onto Heerstrasse. Finally, take a right onto Kastanienallee/Bayernallee.
